I was born on November 29th, 1982 in Metković. In the same city, I graduated from the high school and then enrolled at the Faculty of Medicine, University of Zagreb where I graduated in 2007. After my internship and passing the state exam, I begun my specialization in paediatrics at the Paediatric Clinic at the Sisters of Mercy University Hospital Centre. I passed the specialist exam in 2013. Since then, I have been working in the Department of Paediatric Cardiology at the same institution. I did my specialization in paediatric cardiology from 2014 to 2016. at the Sisters of Mercy and at the Paediatric Clinic at the Zagreb University Hospital Centre. During my specialization, my education in invasive cardiology begins. Since 2016, I have been involved in electrophysiology training at Centre for Arrhythmia and Cardiac Pacing. In 2017 I spent 6 months in Budapest at the Paediatric Electrophysiology Laboratory with Dr. Laszlo Kornyeia where I had the opportunity to do electrophysiology in children with complex cardiac arrhythmias, as well to participate in invasive hemodynamic studies and interventions. I have published 5 scientific articles, 2 of which are cited in the Current Contents database. I have actively participated in several domestic and international congresses.
